About

Agri-Plas, Inc. has grown out of Dari’s passion for preserving the environment. Growing up in the dairy industry in California, Dari knew first hand the tremendous plastic waste generated from agricultural operations.

In 1995, Dari began to realize her dream of cleaning up this wasted resource. Starting with plastic binder twine, she created a work force to clean and process the twine into bales of ground material.

Moving north to Oregon, Agri-Plas started processing agricultural plastic in a rented Salem location, that quickly gave way to the need for a larger facility. In 2004, the company moved to its present location, 5016 Waconda Rd. NE, Brooks, Oregon.

Agri-Plas accepts and recycles approximately 10,000,000 pounds of plastic each year- plastic that otherwise would have gone to the burner, into landfills or been stored at agricultural sites.
